No. 2 seed and previously unbeaten Mount Pleasant (10-1) was trounced by Keystone Oaks (10-1) last night in the quarterfinals at Penn-Trafford, 36-7.
The Keystone Oaks' rout of Mount Pleasant puts the Eagles in the semifinals for the first time in school history.
Keystone Oaks led 29-0 at halftime. Jordan Maddox led the Eagles with 207 yards rushing on 24 carries.
Maddox scored the game's first touchdown in the first quarter on a 3-yard run. Maddox also scored on a 2-yard second-quarter run.
The other first-half touchdowns were scored by Matt McCann on a 6-yard run and Chad Miller on a 45-yard run.
Maddox completed the scoring for Keystone Oaks via a 3-yard run in the third quarter.
Keystone Oaks rushed for 373 yards and rolled up 21 first downs while limiting Mount Pleasant to seven first downs and 148 total yards.
Keystone Oaks did not commit a turnover.
No. 1 South Fayette also fell from the ranks of the unbeaten, losing to reigning WPIAL champion Aliquippa, 47-34, at Chartiers Valley in one of the other quarterfinal contests.
Cody Cook rushed for 303 yards and scored four touchdowns in leading the Tigers (10-1) to victory against Sto-Rox (8-3) at Seneca Valley.
Sto-Rox took an 8-0 lead in the first quarter on a 67-yard run by Josh Beverly and a 2-point conversion run by Dontae Gilmore.

Miller rushed for 207 yards on 30 carries and scored three touchdowns on runs of 2, 4 and 81 yards.
Miller has rushed for 764 yards during the past three games while scoring 11 touchdowns. Miller has scored 63 touchdowns in his last 20 games going back to last season.
Greensburg Central Catholic held a commanding 339-156 edge in total yards.
The Centurions also forced the Trojans into seven turnovers, including five via interceptions.
Evan Marshall and Zach Geiser intercepted two passes each for the Centurions.
Greensburg Central Catholic has reached the semifinals for the fourth time since 2004 but is making its first appearance in this round since 2006.
