A New Castle man died early today after he was shot last night.

Police were called to the shooting at the Harbor Heights housing units in New Castle at 10:17 p.m.

They found Antonio McKnight, 20, on a sidewalk with a wound to the abdomen. He was taken to Jameson Hospital and then St. Elizabeth Hospital in Youngstown, Ohio, where he died at 4:54 a.m.
