State police have charged a Lawrence County man with sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl last month.

Frank William Snyder, 28, of Wampum is accused of trying to force the girl to perform a sex act, according to police.

Mr. Snyder is charged with criminal attempt at involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, unlawful contact with a minor, aggravated indecent assault, corruption of minors, indecent exposure and indecent assault.
