A woman was hurt when her vehicle crashed into a piece of construction equipment on Interstate 279 in Ross late this morning.

An emergency dispatch supervisor said the woman received minor injuries after her car went off the road and it crashed into an excavator near the Camp Horne Road exit of the interstate.
