The Parkway North will have single-lane traffic from Bellevue-West View to Interstate 79 this weekend, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation announced.

The inbound side will be restricted from 7 tonight to 2 p.m. Sunday. Outbound traffic will be one lane from 7 tonight to 7 p.m. tomorrow.

Also, inspection of the Swindell Bridge over the parkway just south of Hazlett Street (Exit 9) will cause traffic stoppages of 15 minutes or less on the outbound and HOV lanes from 7 a.m. to noon tomorrow.

Message boards will be displayed to alert motorists in advance of the stoppages.
