A Lawrence County man was killed this morning in a crash in Wilmington Township in the county.

State police said that around 7:15 a truck driven by Hanna Miljevich of New Castle crossed from the southbound side of Route 18 into the northbound lane, colliding with a sedan driven by Ronald Holt, 67, of Pulaski. Mr. Holt was killed.

Ms. Miljevich, 21, and her passenger, Vern Sipe Jr., 19, of New Castle, were both flown to St. Elizabeth Hospital in Youngstown, Ohio.

Police said no one involved was using a seat belt.

The crash closed the road near Route 158 for several hours.
