Pittsburgh Mayor Luke Ravenstahl will lead a seminar today on how small businesses can get contracts with the city and Allegheny County.

Participants can learn which contracts will likely be bid out in the next year, and how to place bids. The event starts at 5:30 p.m. in the Liberty Room of the Human Services Building at One Smithfield Street.
