Just got done watching ABC's BYOB upfront, which they streamed online and made available to members of the press this year. I gleaned a few new tidbits not included in the press call or press release from this morning:

-- New prime-time game show "Opportunity Knocks" looks like it could be a fun lark, sort of an "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" without the tears.

-- ABC is aiming to air "Scrubs" at 9 p.m. Tuesday after "Dancing with the Stars" ends its fall run, pairing it with midseason animated show "The Goode Family."

-- When "Boston Legal" ends after 13 episodes, "The Bachelor" will return to 10 p.m. Monday.

-- Clips from a June series called "Wipeout" revealed it to be an American version of the Japanese game show featured in Spike TV's "Most Extreme Elimination Challenge." Some of the portions of the "Wipeout" obstacle course are identical to what's on "MXC." ABC seems to have a lot of love for Asian game shows: Another summer series is called "I Survived a Japanese Game Show."

ABC's upfront ended with scenes from the season finale of "Lost." I hate spoilers, so I tuned out at that point.
